Yes, our house stock's are Crane's Lettra - 110lb and 220lb cotton stock. We offer two shades: bright white ( Fluorescent White) and off-white (Pearl White). It has a soft luxurious texture and perfect for letterpress printing.

Letterpress printing creates a tactile, debossed effect and ink is pressed into the paper , while digital is flat and toner is printed directly onto the surface.

No, we do not accept outside paper for letterpress printing. Custom paper stocks can be ordered. (Mainly uncoated Coverstocks 80lb and above) Clients are welcome to schedule a complimentary 10-minute consultation to select the stock that they like!

We can print designs with up to four colors, however design capabilities are always subject to review. Fine details are limited to a minimum size of 0.25pt. Vector Graphics are preferred, though some Raster images & halftones will need to be reviewed.

Keep in mind Letterpress requires a setup process for the press, plates, paper, and ink. So printing less than 50 may not justify the setup cost. Please refer to the chart on our letterpress service page here for details.

Hairline registration on basic designs is to be expected. Our tolerance is 1/32". Strokes and the weight of objects should be no smaller than 0.25" points. Registration trapping should be no less than 0.15 points.
