1. What types of printing services do you offer?
At Pike Street Press, we offer a wide range of printing services including letterpress, foil stamping, custom graphics, digital printing, custom stickers, and die cutting. 2. WHAT'S YOUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME?
Typically, our ideal turnaround is 3-5 business days, but we often print it quicker if you need it in a hurry! Reach out to us and inquire about your project specifics on our Estimate Form. We are more than willing to work with you.
3. How do I place a custom order?
To place an order, you can contact us directly through our Estimate Form, or visit our studio in Seattle. Design projects are communicated and approved via email. A 50% deposit is required to get your project officially started.
4. Can I get a proof before my order is printed?
Physical proofs are available only for digital and sticker print services, starting at $25. Only digital proofs are provided for letterpress projects, and incur a fee of $50 or more for file setup and materials sourcing.
5. Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our experienced design team can work with you to create custom designs for any printing project. Whether you have a specific vision in mind or need assistance bringing your ideas to life, we are here to help. Design is billed at a rate see here.
6. Do you offer delivery or shipping services?
Yes, we ship with UPS and USPS. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination. To request expedited shipping on an order, please contact us through our General Inquiry Form.
7. What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept PDF, AI, and EPS files for digital artwork. For letterpress Vector graphics are preferred. For photos, we require high-resolution (300 DPI) JPGs or PNGs. We do not accept Word documents, PowerPoint slides, or raster-based files like JPGs or PNGs for digital artwork.
8. Can I visit your studio?
Absolutely! We have a retail space filled with greeting cards, prints, and local goods, so feel free to shop during your visit to Seattle!
